Blackbeard: the crazed marauder who terrorized the West Indies as well as the American Colonies!
Edward Teach a.k.a. Blackbeard (1680-November 22,1788) was the crazy English pirate who would set his hair on fire to terrorize his enemies. He also was a general in the Queen Anne's War, which he ended up naming his ship after. He was killed in battle by sailors led by Lieutenant Robert maynard.
