Hugh De Paynes: the leader resonsible for founding the Knights Templar!
Hugh De Paynes (1070-May 24,1136) made the Order of the Knights Templar a military power during the Crusades and the battles agaist the infidel Turks. His knights were pretty well invincible until gunpowder weapons and advanced bow and arrows were created to penetrate knight armor. He led the group he created for 20 years up until the time of his death.
