Viriathus: the Lusitanian ruler who attempted to fight off the Roman expansion, but failed!

Viriathus (?-138) ruled the Lusitanian people in many battles versus Rome, in which they won many of those. Many times the Roman rulers of the time massacred many of the Lusitanian people. When Rome finally conquered, Viriathus joined with the Romans to make peace, only to be betrayed and was killed by his own soldiers, which the Romans did not approve of.
